About Abu Arish
Abu Arish is a community located in the south west of Saudi Arabia, part of Jazan Province. Before the new plant, tankers were discharging in a man-made lagoon approximately 25 km away from the city.
Abu Arish STP
Abu Arish STP is designed to receive waste water by tanker discharge from the surrounding community. The waste water is municipal waste water. MENA-Water provided the complete design for the 1,000 m³/day plant.
Scope of Work
MENA-Water provided design, supply, installation and commissioning.
FK & Partner Co. is operating and responsible for O&M of the complete plant.
Complete plant includes screening, grit removal, aeration, MBR system and is operated by PLC.
