Project Summary

The sea water prefiltration system for the Sulfate Removal Plant in Ain Dar comprises a basket strainer (100-micron), pre-guard (10-micron), and guard (5-micron) cartridge filters (CF); however, the system experiences high frequency of CF replacement.

Scope of Work

IE-Consult reviewed quality issues, designed the expanded SCS solution, and provided engineering management.

FK & Partner Co.: Case evaluation, technical proposal, SCS selection & supply, piping modification & fabrication, site construction, and commissioning.
