About Jazan Economic City
Baish is located in the Kingdom's southwest region. In 2014, Saudi Aramco began constructing the Jazan Refinery Plant and Terminal in Baish, forming the industrial heart of the greater Jazan Economic City project.
Centralized WWTP — JCSTP
The centralized WWTP JCSTP is designed to receive domestic wastewater through tanker trucks from Aramco contractor camps. The plant treats 5,000 m³/day using an activated sludge biological process with full sludge management.
Scope of Work
IE-Consult provided complete design, engineering solution and project management.
FK & Partner Co. provided all civil and mechanical work, storage tanks, drying beds and safety equipment.
The entire plant is operated by PLC with 24/7 online monitoring and remote alarm management.
