Sanitary Wastewater Treatment Plant BOO — Tanajib Marine
A build-own-operate MBR sanitary plant treating tanker-delivered domestic wastewater from the Tanajib Marine facilities — 5,400 m³/day, fully PLC-operated with 24/7 monitoring.
An upgrade to the existing unit, receiving tanker-truck domestic wastewater from Tanajib Marine Facilities and treating 5,400 m³/day to discharge standard via MBR. FKP delivered all civil and mechanical works, treated-water and sludge storage, and drying beds, running on PLC with 24/7 monitoring.
Upgrading the existing unit, FK & Partner Co. delivered all civil and mechanical works, treated-water and sludge storage tanks, and sludge drying beds, with five 120 kW generators and a synchronization switchboard; IE-Consult led the design.
Tanker-delivered domestic wastewater from a remote marine terminal had to be treated to discharge standard reliably and autonomously, on a long 2022–2028 operating term.
- Tanker-fed influent, variable load
- Remote marine terminal — autonomous run
- Long 6-year operating term
A treatment train sequenced to the contaminants.
Screening and a grit & grease trap pre-treat the influent; an MBR package provides biological treatment and membrane filtration to discharge standard; sludge drying beds dewater biosolids; the plant runs on PLC with 24/7 online monitoring, backed by five 120 kW generators.
