FK & PARTNER CO. — EASTERN PROVINCE, KSA26.2172° N · 50.1971° E
Water & wastewater treatment engineering
Design the plant that cleans your water.
FK & Partner Co. designs, builds, and operates industrial and municipal treatment plants across Saudi Arabia — backed by 17 delivered projects and four integrated divisions under one roof.
A civil contractor that became a water treatment engineering house.
FK & Partner Co. was founded in 2012 in Al-Khobar and Dammam as a civil and infrastructure contractor. As industrial clients increasingly needed effluent treated to regulatory standard, the firm's centre of gravity shifted — first into electro-mechanical works, then into full process engineering for water and wastewater. What began as a sideline is now the core of the business.
Today we operate through four integrated divisions — water treatment systems, electro-mechanical works, operation & maintenance, and civil infrastructure. Because all four sit under one roof, a plant can be designed, built, and run without the handover gaps that appear when separate contractors own separate scopes.
Our philosophy is deliberately unglamorous: we do not promise what we cannot measure. Every plant is handed over with documented discharge parameters, traceable commissioning data, and an O&M plan that keeps it inside spec long after the ribbon is cut.

02 / Why FK & Partner
Four reasons clients keep the contract.
01
Single accountable team
Design, mechanical, civil, and operations sit in one company. There is no finger-pointing across contracts when a plant under-performs — one team owns the discharge result end to end.
Evidence: JTTF industrial plant delivered turnkey — civil, E-M and process by one team.
02
Operated, not just handed over
We run plants under long-term O&M, so our designs are shaped by what actually breaks at 03:00. Maintainability, spare-part logistics, and operator ergonomics are designed in, not bolted on.
Evidence: KGP plant operated under O&M 2015–2017 to SAES-104 standard.
03
Built for Gulf conditions
High influent temperatures, saline groundwater, and 45 °C summers change how biology and membranes behave. We compensate aeration and select corrosion-rated materials for the Eastern Province, not for a temperate textbook.
Evidence: SS-316 seawater-duty strainers at Ain Dar SRF (92,000 m³/day).
04
Engineered with named partners
For specialist process and detailed design we work with IE-Consult and W-Tech Co. Independent engineering review sits behind the plants we sign off — not marketing, peer scrutiny.

03 / Capabilities
Four divisions, one accountable team.
D-01
Water treatment systems
Process design and construction of industrial and municipal water and wastewater plants — DAF, MBBR, MBR, clarification, filtration, and disinfection trains sized to the influent.
D-02
Electro-mechanical works
Pumps, blowers, dosing skids, MCC and control panels, instrumentation and SCADA — the machinery and controls that make a process plant actually run.
D-03
Operation & maintenance
Long-term plant operation, preventive maintenance, lab monitoring, and compliance reporting — keeping discharge inside permit limits year after year.
D-04
Civil infrastructure
Reinforced concrete tankage, pump stations, pipe networks, and site works — the structural backbone, built by the contractor we started as.

05 / Solution configurator
Find your solution in four steps.
Answer four quick questions and we'll point you to the right division and approach — then send it straight into a pre-filled enquiry.
06 / How we work
From first inquiry to commissioning.
01
Inquiry & site survey
We characterise the influent, flow profile, footprint, and discharge target on site before proposing anything.
02
Process design & proposal
Mass balance, unit-process selection, and a costed proposal — reviewed with our engineering partners.
03
Civil & fabrication
Concrete tankage and structures built, skids and panels fabricated and factory-tested.
04
Installation & integration
Mechanical, electrical, and control systems installed and wired into a single SCADA layer.
05
Commissioning & O&M
Seeded, tuned, and proven against discharge limits — then operated under a maintenance contract.

08 / Projects portfolio
Seventeen delivered projects.
Industrial wastewater, sanitary plants, and long-term operation across the Kingdom — the majority for Saudi Aramco.
A build-own-operate plant treating evaporation-pond wastewater to marine-discharge standard. After a successful first 250 m³/day line, FKP added an identical second line within a month without interrupting operations — over 300,000 m³ treated in total.
A centralized domestic wastewater plant receiving tanker-truck inputs from Aramco contractor camps, treating 5,000 m³/day via an activated-sludge process with full sludge management. Fully automated by PLC with 24/7 online monitoring and remote alarms.
CLIENTSaudi AramcoCAPACITY9,000 m³/dayTECHNOLOGYCartridge Filtration (10 & 5 µm) → HP Pumps → Pressure Vessels → Nano-Filtration MembranesLOCATIONKhurais (250 km SW of Dhahran)
A portable nano-filtration plant removing sulphate from oilfield produced water at 9,000 m³/day, started up in October 2016. The skid-mounted design mobilizes quickly and runs under PLC with 24/7 online monitoring of flow, sulphate, SDi, turbidity, and pressure.
Automatic self-cleaning strainers for the seawater pre-filtration system of the Sulphate Removal Plant, eliminating the heavy cartridge-filter replacement downtime. Two-stage 100 µm + 50 µm filtration with SS-316 sintered screens and a special seawater-duty coating.
