Temporary Portable RO Unit for Jizan Refinery — 2,200 m³/d Utility & 4,100 m³/d DEMIN Water
Jizan Refinery, located on the Red Sea coast in southwest Saudi Arabia, is one of Saudi Aramco's newest facilities with a processing capacity of about 400,000 barrels per day of Arabian Heavy crude. It includes hydrotreating, hydrocracking, and sulfur recovery units producing clean fuels to international standards.
The scope includes the supply of a fully equipped temporary portable RO unit to support the Jizan Refinery 2024 shutdown by providing utility water, along with all required certified manpower, tools, equipment, and consumables. The scope also encompasses the supply and installation of Electrodeionization (EDI) units to produce demineralized water per the refinery's operational requirements.

FK & Partner Co. supplied and installed six SWRO units and one BWRO unit, including pretreatment multimedia filters, antiscalant and anti-biofouling dosing systems, high-pressure pumps, and booster pumps.
Additionally, 18 EDI units were supplied and installed to produce high-quality demineralized water.
