Wastewater Treatment Facilities for SDS 2 — Jizan Refinery
Jizan Refinery, on the Red Sea coast in southwest Saudi Arabia, is one of Saudi Aramco's newest facilities with ~400,000 barrels/day processing capacity. It produces clean fuels to international standards with hydrotreating, hydrocracking, and sulfur recovery units.
Supply, installation, and operation of a treatment system to process pretreated wastewater from Basins A and B to meet existing Water Treatment Plant inflow quality requirements. System handles up to 100 m3/hr with oil-water separator, DAF, sulfide scavenger, and activated carbon. Total volume: 275,000 m3.

FK & Partner Co. & W-Tech Co. supplied and installed oil-water separator (100 m3/hr, up to 10,000 ppm oil), DAF unit, sulfide scavenger dosing, and activated carbon units.
All supporting equipment, pipelines, and instrumentation supplied and installed as a complete system.
