Saudi Aramco’s JTTF current disposal of Crude Oil Tanks dewatering is via three Evaporation Ponds. Initially, the Basic sediment and water (BS&W) streams are preliminary treated by an existing manually adjusted skimmer then discharged to API oil– water separator Pond and finally disposed of in the Evaporation Ponds. However, the current treatment facilities does not meet marine discharge limits

JTTF Industrial WW Treatment Plant

The treatment plant is to treat the JTTF evaporation pond wastewater for disposal into the marine environment, regardless of any changes in feed quality in the evaporation ponds. The selected design is to treat and dispose of 250 m3/day of wastewater.

Scope of Work

FK & Partner Co. IE-Consult provided the complete design for the Industrial WW Treatment plant and provided engineering solution and project management for installation and commissioning startup for the complete plant which was assigned to FK & Partner Co by the client of this project (Saudi Aramco) .

FK & Partner Co provided and supplied Pre-treatment Container, Advanced Treatment Container, Dosing Container and Electrical control cabinet. Also provided all the civil and mechanical work, Stripping tank, portable Lab, generator sets and all the safety equipment.
