1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), project type, and message.
- Server logs: our host (HostGator) records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and time of visit for security and diagnostics.
- Local storage: your language preference and a short anti-spam timestamp. This stays in your browser, is not personal data, and is never shared.
3. Why we use it & legal basis
We use contact-form data solely to respond to your enquiry and provide the engineering services you request. The legal basis is your consent (given via the form checkbox) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, then deleted. Server logs are kept per HostGator’s standard retention.
5. Sharing & cross-border transfer
Your form submission is delivered to us by FormSubmit.co, a service hosted in the United States, and our email is hosted on Microsoft 365. This means your enquiry data is transferred and processed outside Saudi Arabia. We share your data with no other third parties and never sell it. We rely on these providers’ contractual and technical safeguards for that transfer.
6. Cookies & local storage
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It uses only essential browser local storage (your language choice and anti-spam protection). Because nothing non-essential is stored, no consent banner for cookies is required — but this notice explains what little is stored.
7. Your rights (PDPL)
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may request access to your data, correction, deletion (erasure), restriction, objection, and a copy of your data (portability). To exercise any right, email info@fkp.sa and we will respond within the period required by law. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
8. Data security
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content-security policy and modern security headers. Access to the info@fkp.sa mailbox is protected with multi-factor authentication.
9. Breach notification
If a personal-data breach occurs, we will assess it and notify SDAIA and affected individuals as required by the PDPL (within 72 hours where applicable).
